Beware of this company! 🚨
I recently had a terrible experience with specific relocations (https://www.specificrelocations.com/), and I want to share my story to warn others. Despite positive reviews, they turned out to be untrustworthy. Everything seemed normal until my belongings arrived at their destination completely damaged, despite purchasing insurance through them. What's more, I discovered that the insurance they sold me for 3000 rupees actually cost less than 600 rupees according to the receipt from the insurance company.
When I tried to address the issue, they became unresponsive and evasive. I've filed a complaint with the National Consumer Portal, but in the meantime, I urge everyone to be cautious when selecting moving companies. Don't make the same mistake I did. Always thoroughly research and consider all options before trusting a company with your belongings and hard-earned money.
