I have relocated from Singapore to Bengaluru this month (July 2023). The most valuable items for the shipment consisted of my collection of books bought over two decades. As my husband and I are artists we had plenty of our drawings, paintings, sketchbooks and art supplies too. Anxious over the movement of these precious items I did some research looking for a professional mover before assigning all my household articles to the Across International. I had to go by instincts too as my requirements may be rather uncommon other than that of an artist\art student. All my possessions are delivered home intact and within three weeks , exactly as promised to me. We recently moved from singapore to Hyderabad, we had 30 boxes that we shipped through across relocation. Both at singapore and at Hyderabad the staff were very professional and polite. They helped pack and unpack with total professionalism. Everything was as initial discussed, no excess cost or anything. All our stuff came 100 good, no breakage of any glass items or photo frames. Also I got my stuff within 40 days when others were quoting 2-3 months.

Across Relo handled the entire move very professionally and efficiently. Their pickup in Singapore happened on time, and they were swift. They packed all stuff with utmost care, gave recommendations on how to ship certain stuff and marked all boxes clearly. Their team in India was always communicative about the arrival and dispatch of the shipment from Chennai to Bangalore. At every step of the way, I was informed and had support to reach out to if I needed. Once the shipment reached Bangalore, the team supervised themselves, unloading and unpacking the bigger pieces of furniture. They cleaned up after themselves, and tightened up any furniture that was loose in transit. In Singapore, at the end of packing, the team also handed me a clear catalog of the items in each box, making it very easy to tally at destination and when you eventually start unpacking your boxes. Only complaint would be that some of the crockery was not padded properly while packing, so I lost some plates and bowls. But all my wine and whisky glasses reached without a single chip. I believe the Fragile tape was missing on some of the crockery boxes, instead the team had just written Fragile which the people loading/unloading might not have read carefully. Advice to customers using Across Relo, supervise the packing of Fragile stuff. But otherwise all of my stuff has reached Bangalore with minimal damage and breakage, and that is commendable (ps. I have moved my house hold in Feb 2023 from Singapore to Hyderabad. Right from the beginning, I found Across International. A quick, prompt and responsive company. Their quite was quite fair and reasonable compared to others. Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] was prompt in communication and answered all the questions. On my special request, he had arranged for one of their Chennai office staff to pick the passport in person. The initial survey (before quote was done by Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo], who was very helpful in answering the questions). Soon after survey, I received the detailed quote. They were accommodative for the pack and move dates. The crew of app 8 personnel was really good, safe, hard working and professional. They skipped the lunch hour even. I recommend (tge house owner to consider arranging ‘makan’ for the crew. The co ordination from Chennai office was excellent. Ms [Name removed by Sirelo] did very good job in communicating at every step and always available on WhatsApp and phone. All the shipment arrived in excellent condition and was professionally handled in Hyderabad.

I have made several international house moves (SIN SCOTLAND RUSSIA BANGALURU SINGAPORE in the past and every time there was some breakage or the other. This time, all shipments seem pretty good. Overall, I am very pleased with Across International and strongly recommend using them.Read more
