What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We offer insurance coverage to our clients through tie up's with Indian & International Insurers. Quotes can be offered upon request. We strongly encourage customers to insure their shipment. Damaged items are assessed by insurers for repair / replacement based on the policy coverage taken.

Linkindia provided good service while shifting household material from Doha, Qatar to Airoli, Navi Mumbai. All valuables were in good shape and well taken care of. Linkindia was prompt in delivery, however it took a long time for custom clearance.

I used this logistics while moving to Europe. I received excellent service from the company. very professional people. The parcel reached in Europe as per the given schedule. The amazing thing is there was no damages. The packing was very perfect. The cost also economical compared to other big companies.

All well organized and professionally done. Linkindia was responsible for the import of the freight after arrival of the seafreight in India. They performed the customs clearance, transportation, assembly and wall mounting of all furniture and other goods.
