In Abu Dhabi, From the first contact with Sanjeev followed by the efficient service of the team of packers led by Mohd Daniel, the entire experience was very impressive. Boxes were packed at super speed, stacked neatly, debris cleared as they progressed, and the cargo loaded into the container very smoothly. The team were friendly, smiling and happily went the extra mile. I hope the same service is offered during the door delivery in Chennai as well!

They are slow to respond. Poor customer service. My personal effects are still in the warehouse in Dubai almost three weeks after being packed and is yet to be loaded onto a ship. I was promised I would receive my goods in 30 days and it doesn't look anywhere close to it.

No knowledge of UK customs timelines, no guidance on when to apply and no help in following up, no prompt response to queries, no willingness to expedite matters despite delay, and an unwillingness to compensate for delays and inconvenience.
Awareness of UK customs timelines is missing, no guidance about when to apply for clearance. Caused lot of delays which was avoidable.
