Please avoid using Global India Express Pvt. Ltd. for any domestic or international courier packages, especially if you are sending valuable, fragile, or personal items. Based on our experience, this company has shown complete carelessness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct throughout the shipping process.
Our shipment arrived in tampered boxes, with broken crockery, damaged wooden items, and missing personal belongings such as clothes, shoes, and bags. This clearly indicates mishandling and possible theft during transit. Despite raising complaints, there has been no satisfactory response or compensation from their customer service team, which reflects how irresponsibly they treat their customers after collecting full payment.
Such behavior is unacceptable for any logistics or courier service, especially one that handles international consignments. They have failed to maintain transparency, integrity, and basic professionalism, leading to significant financial loss and emotional distress for our family.
I strongly recommend that others stay away from this company and instead use reputed and verified courier services that prioritize customer trust and product safety. Global India Express Pvt. Ltd. cannot be relied upon for safe delivery or honest service — their actions demonstrate negligence, dishonesty, and lack of ethics in handling customer shipments.Read more
