Pathetic experience Highly not recommended, their Raipur branch manager Mr Lalit Agarwal most unprofessional person he says complain to our management it doesn't matter, he don't respond to calls , wrong commitment, rude behaviour, they lifted the material with commitment of 24hrs but not delivered even after several follow ups for 6 days ... Office staff also almost similar behaviour they don't respond after 5 'O' clock

Haven't taken their service as even for getting quote, I had to do multiple follow ups. Post that they quoted amt 1.5 times of Agrawal.

Got the household shifted by them, the packing was good yet they managed to damage my furniture in transit. After a long to and fro communication, they paid peanuts for repair. I do not reccomend them.

Had a terrible experience with them a few months ago. They charged excessively for insurance, where they are supposed to bear the cost for any damage to products. But later denied their responsibility and we had to spend loads to fix our broken appliances— AC, washing machine, microwave. Pathetic service on their part, but they are very happy to exploit their customers. They also damaged some furniture while moving. Their workers were also arrogant and stubborn, just making things difficult for us.
Overall, would not recommend this company at all.

***HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED*** Do NOT TRUST ON THEM! It has been 15+ days and there is no update on where all our stuff went. No response from staff. All our stuff left at 15th Jan and since then, there is no update. However, the Loading and Packing team was good and friendly. Still, Poor Administration, and not at all responsive
