Worst experience!! They defrauded me by collecting insurance cover money and my 55 inch tv was damaged and they stopped responding to me for insurance claims. Please avoid this service provider. They are frauds

I would have preferred to give a 0, already filed them in the consumer court for breaching contract terms, generating fake bills to pocket the GST, and threatening customers to destroy their material if they don't pay up the same day.
They are worse than businessmen, they are money hungry and will keep asking you to pay at every step, even charges which they are expected to pay because you paid them already. They can't coordinate with their partner and asks us to pay the partner when it is their job to do so.
Please never use this company

At first Broadway were pleasant and accommodating with their prices and assured us our things could shipped safely from Delhi, India to Auckland, New Zealand. They came and packaged our goods and moved them off for shipping. The final bill was quite a bit more than initially quoted, but that hasn't been the biggest issue. Upon receiving our cargo in Auckland, our bed which was shipped along with everything else, packaged in the crate was badly damaged, basically beyond use. We had taken out insurance on our goods, and I have emailed them 5-6 times requesting we make a claim. No one has bothered to answer my emails.. thus showing their unprofessional conduct and as has been mentioned in other reviews, dodgy dealings. I would not recommend anyone deal with this organisation.

Staff Communication was quiet satisfactory and No surprise of charges which were explained to us for destination.
Elite in Dubai was very cooperative and delivered the goods as promised by both Company. Recommend others to use their services.

Broadway Relocation has cheated me , [name removed by Sirelo] was all sweet till she secured the deal and didn't discuss anything about hidden costs when we had to relocated from India to Canda. This company are run by a group of frauds, [names removed by Sirelo] who are very unethical and unprofessional. When I came to Canada I was shocked to learn of the extra charges, at least they could have given me a heads up but they just slid it under the door. Also, my shipment measured 5.9CBM but these cheaters measured it as 11 CBM to get more money. In short, don't go ahead with this company. They have been removed from IAM , due to complaints. Be careful. Anyone called [name removed by Sirelo], don't move with her. Her team cheats everyone and [name removed by Sirelo] quickly deleted me from whatsapp, so that I don't get in touch with her, all these are pointers to the fact that they are cheating the customers and never ever reply to your query about anything. Careful.

We explained Client that the goods were packed at remote place in Haldia where we sent our full team and truck but client decided to reduce goods which did not reduce our costs. In the mean while Freight got increased twice and we did not ask any increase in freights which is the conditions mentioned in the quote since volume got reduced and we could manage not incurring loss in the job. All the charges are detailed mentioned in the quote in exclusion. The client is writing unwarranted and using unprofessional words. The goods reached in time and delivered intact and for which client should have appreciated us during this hard Covid-19 situation.

They will never disclose or have transparency with the charges you will be charged to destination country. We have been charged around $5000 NZD in NZ before receiving our shipment that we were not aware of and we were just advised about $4500 NZD (approx) that we paid to them before shipping the items from origin country.
So total NZ $9500 (we were just aware of $4500)
Poor service.
Won’t recommend to anyone.

The client knew very well that there will be charges payable at destination.
The quote was submitted with inclusion and exclusion and clarified.
Further clarification was given when the client raised query and we answered as below.
We also further informed through email about the approx. charges at the time of shipping payable at destination.

Please advise amount Rs……………. excludes custom duties, taxes, quarantine, detention, demurrage , long carry/shuttle and parking permits.-
Ans: These charges are not included in our quotation as they are charged on actual basis if any of these are applicable. We cannot include these charges in our quote as we are not sure which of the above heads are applicable to your shipment depending upon the delivery of your goods.
1. Why is that, why it is not included in ‘Door to Door’ service, what is this Rs …………… amount for?-
Ans: The amount quoted to you i ncludes charges for packing, transportation, custom clearance at origin & destination, sea freight, delivery to your house in New Zealand.
2. What will be the total amount for all these extra charges.
Ans: Charges varies depending upon which things are applicable in your case.
3. Also Insurance will that be 3.5% of total amount which is Rs ……………… which come up to Rs…….
Ans: Insurance is charged on declare value of the goods and not on the quoted amount. Minimum premium charged for insurance is USD 200 which covers upto 4 lacs , if value of your goods are more than 4 lacs then we charge you @3.5% on declare value of your goods.
I know there are some extra charges I have read your email about that. But want to know what will definitely be charged to us.
