'BIG TIME CHEATERS, AVOID THEM'. Worst relocation company trying to cheat customers at every step
First they did video survey and estimated my inventory to be 50CBM and shared very high quote. Once I told them that all the other three companies estimated the same inventory to fit in 25CBM. They instantly reduced from 50CBM to 25CBM and shared the quote immediately.
They do not share any of their hidden costs upfront. Once you pay them initial deposit, you are in a trap as they will not return back any money. They keep charging for so many unknown things on top that your door to door will cost several times more then their original estimates. They also threaten you about their legal team if you tell them you will leave reviews about their third grade cheating techniques. Avoid them at any cost.

After paying amount no one answering the calls I paid 1200€ .. booked in Dec 2024, still now it is not delivered.. [Name removed by Sirelo] (+91 ********) is spoken from starting.. he promised everything including 1200€.. after paying money he is not responding.. I called 50 times so far.. no response..

They helped me move my things from Barcelona, Spain to Hyderabad, India. Everything happened as planned and my things arrived in less than two months. [Name removed by Sirelo] kept me updated on the status throughout. I was hesitant due to mixed reviews but would definitely recommend them for moving things to India.

I will not recommend to hire them
They did quote me 1 lakh to move my stuff from london to India and I end up paying them almost 1.6 -1.7 lakh instead

Also they lost one big box out of 25 and now they are not responding

There was no updated between where is my stuff etc , they took like 4-5 months to deliver it

So to summerise I cannot recommend them to anyone , and I am going to share this with all my community in London
