Liars, thieves & absolute jokers for a company. Lied to us above the costs and disappeared after making the sale. Ms [Name removed by Sirelo] talks big about her company & then refuses to even come on a call to explain why information wasn't conveyed upfront. We paid upfront for moving household items to Dubai. She told us that there are no hidden costs & that her company is 'Internationally renowned' with a big reputation.

When the consignment arrived in Dubai we received and invoice from the partner. Which was a 40% addition to the initial quote. They refused to release the order if we didn't pay this amount. Never use this company. They are fraud.

Terrible Experience, Full of hidden costs. I wished I had read these reviews before bookkng cargo with Anp. As per other comments initial qoute was competitive but post arrival fun starts & i have already paid double the amount of what I had paid as per quote. Explaination- Please refer exclusions , how can exclusions be double of original amount ! This seems is organised business to trap clients & raise invoices once goods arrive! Bad experience

I had booked move from Pune India,to Parsippany NJ ,USA.I was quoted a different amount but ended up paying $3000 more to release my shipment ,upon calling the company they do not respond .I would not recommend this company.They will make promises to get business but after
they get the business they forget everything.Even after they tell you there are no hidden charges there are charges you will end up paying upon receiving your shipment ,at that point we are left with no option but to pay .They are well aware how this works and have been doing this a lots of people.I have used other company but had best experience.They will were just a bit more with no hidden charges.AnP convinced me saying it will be my best experience so I fell for the trap and now regret it.
Please do not fall for their trap.Will take further actions to get my money back.

I'm very happy with the whole services which was provided by AnP Relocation Services.
They are very friendly and helpful nature.

1. Quoted very low for full moving. (₹ 1,69,400.00)
2. After booking demanded more money. (₹ 2,50,531.00)
3. Delayed shipping by more than a month.
4. After shipping 106% more money to be paid to their USA agency Earth Relocation. (₹ 2,63,662.16 = $3,138.84 )
5. Earth Relocation charged disbursement fees (25% more than the invoice they received from their carrier).
6. Movers did not unbox and arrange things in room as per contract with AnP. Earth Relocations said that was not covered.
7. Movers had no experience in assembling furnitures though that was per original contract with AnP. Earth Relocation said they wud cover only basic assembly. But no assembly was done as movers complained screws and parts were missing.
8. Had to hire a handyman at the cost of $225 to assemble. No parts/screws were found missing
Simple rip-off by both AnP and Earth Relocation

We’re really unhappy with our service. They were unprofessional & irresponsible. Few items were broken, and they would not take responsibility either from India or through the third-party movers that were involved too at different points. We waited more than the allotted time that was told to us, and it seems like a scam cause for what we were told, they didn’t provide the service correctly. They tried to deflect the blame to AnP finally who even if they are responsible for the damage did not correctly respond to emails or the fact that the movers left even the bed unassembled which was mentioned that it would be done in our contract. I highly recommend not going to them because they aren’t trustworthy at all and someone needs to teach them how to run a business effectively without scamming people. We have moved several times and we never faced this issue before. Never going through three people again. If I could give a negative review, I would. But I will put 1 since it’s the lowest allowed.Read more
