Initially they follow up a lot and they seemed nice; what a pathetic response afterwards; first they overcharged us in Auckland where against 700 $, they charged 2200 nz $; 8 items were broken- they didn’t help in insurance claim. Moreover NO REPLY ON PHONES AND EMAILS .. very bad experience

I am writing this mail to convey my thanks and regards on shifting my house hold items and Tractor from Mohali Punjab to Canada. You people are very professionals, punctual and has executed the shifting job excellently. Items are very well packed and moved on time without any damages. I recommend your service to other also.

Looking at the reviews, I opted with AnP Relocations to move my stuff to USA, thy quoted me door to door service $2600+ with some exclusions , when asked about the exclusions thy said it will be a minimal pay at the destination per box /item $5 to $10 and assured us it will be smooth ,we payed them all the amount after picking up the Household goods ,
After one month passed we got a mail that the goods were loaded into the container, ship is ready for sale. At the destination you have to pay my agent the rest of money then only we will release the goods , we r shocked and confronted them about charges that was never the part of the deal or it was never discussed with us .we told them that we r not interested in this deal anymore we want to cancel this , After 3 or 4 days later got a email saying that the ship is already on tha sail nothing can be done if want u r stuff u need to pay the amount at the destination to my Agent in USA.one more month passed We got a mail from Earth Relocations that we received your goods and will release your goods only after u pay $1400 to us , we r shocked and confused what was happening it took one week from us to contact AnP Relocations because thy stopped responding to my emails and avoiding my phone calls and when asked them what is this , thy said it was in the quote about exclusions thy were simply sending the copy paste of the quote over and over again without any answers , thy never ever told me about the charges that I had to pay at the destination not once in these two months of various transactions never thy mentioned how much I had to pay,atlest a price range would definitely be helpful.
Now in USA the AnP Relocations agent Earth Relocations is forcing me to pay these charges , we told them that we payed the quoted amount to Anp Relocations plz collect from them , why we to pay these charges that never discussed with us during the deal , From then Earth Relocations started avoiding us and simply saying that if u make any delays in the payment u have to bear huge storage fines also.
We tried our best to resolve this with both parties that these figures never discussed with us but we got simply ignored by them , from last 15days I was going through a lot agony , seeing this my husband agreed to pay the remaining amount. I felt helpless most of all getting deceived my your own country men.
I am writing my experience because I don't want anyone to face the same pain that we went through.Read more
