Paid $4500 for transportation of furniture from India to Canada. They also sold me insurance saying that it will cover any damage. I received my furniture all broken and damaged. Tried to file a claim but found out that insurance was only till landing on port. Have been trying to contact them but they are not helpful at all. They keep saying that I should contact the insurance company. But insurance company keeps saying that the policy is expired. Do not give business to this company. They are worthless with zero customer service.

Liars, thieves & absolute jokers for a company. Lied to us above the costs and disappeared after making the sale. Ms [Name removed by Sirelo] talks big about her company & then refuses to even come on a call to explain why information wasn't conveyed upfront. We paid upfront for moving household items to Dubai. She told us that there are no hidden costs & that her company is 'Internationally renowned' with a big reputation.
When the consignment arrived in Dubai we received and invoice from the partner. Which was a 40% addition to the initial quote. They refused to release the order if we didn't pay this amount. Never use this company. They are fraud.

Mr. , first of all mind your language before writing anything about personally. We have everything given you in black & white in our two-page quotation then how come we are liars. you should have clarified all the exclusions before giving this job to us.
Also, these charges are from the shipping line, and we do not have any control over this. All these charges are mentioned on the exclusions if application then you have to paid.
The quote excludes custom duties, any Govt. taxes, special examination fee, Detention,
Demurrage, Port Storage, Warehousing Charges, if applicable.PE Surcharge if any.
"Dthc, DO,nvocc, Shipping line charges (EBS, ERS, BAF, Port Congestion / Restoration
Charges, Stripping etc). GRI if applicable. CFS Charges if applicable. Disbursement fee.
Parking reservation, shuttle services, long carry, abnormal access, elevator charges,
Stair Carry if no service lift available, handling of heavy items, handyman charges"
piano, safe, Overtime Charges, Crating/Unc rating of sensitive Items, assembling of Ikea
